From the train station, you can reach the Math Departement: On foot: (approximately 20 minutes)

Take the bus number U or 2 in direction "Université". By taxi:
Some taxis are parked to the left of the doors of the Arrival Hall.
The fare is about
8-10 euros.
Arriving at the Math Departement by car:
From the highway A31 (Luxembourg-Metz-Nancy) take the Exit 33
(Metz Nord/Pontiffroy/Zone Industrielle). Right after exiting the
highway, keep to the direction "Metz Nord/Pontiffroy",
which will lead you on a
bridge over the highway. After passing the "Pont de Thoinville" over the
River Moselle, keep to the right lane. You will reach a roundabout
(Place du Pontiffroy) with a light.
Turn to the right into the Rue Belle-Isle
(at the left-hand side of this road you
will see the l'Hôtel de Police). Drive all the way to the
end of the Rue Belle-Isle. Straight in front of you, you will find the
"Pont de l'Université", which gives access to the Campus Ile
du Saulcy (i.e. to the Saulcy Island).

Since a parking permit is needed to park on campus, please contact us
beforehand or go to the underground parking "Place de la République".
The latter solution is better to reach the hotels. Be aware that the central
part of the town is a pedestrian area and vehicle access is restricted.
